First Market of 2008
April 2nd, 2008 Posted in Video, What's @ Market ?Tuesday was the first Ashland Farmers Market for us. Just a quick video of what we had. Not too bad for April 1st. Most everything was over wintered in the fields uncovered. Pretty tough veggies. The bok choy, tat soi, and salad mix were all started this spring in the unheated hoophouses.

nice looking stuff!
