Finally finished our new salad mix labels. They’re off to the printers and we should have them back this next week. We’re going to be bagging salad mix for the Ashland Co-Op this year for the first time. We’ll be using biodegradable cellophane bags to package the mix in 5 oz. and 16 oz. increments. We’re excited about knowing that the bags will break down over time as opposed to just sitting in a pile for eternity.
We’re trying to make some “bag usage” changes at farmers markets this season as well. I’ll talk more about that in an upcoming post.
