I'd say Osborne is our favorite, along with Wild Garden. Johnny's is a good stand-by too. We just love the Northwest varieties that Osborne and Wild Garden offer (Osborne has something like 30 or 40 cabbages!). We also use High Mowing. I know that they had some problems last year (which hit us too), but we still like them. And two thumbs up to Osborne packets! SO awesome! We just ordered our seeds too.
