What’s at Market? Week of April 19th

It went off and got hot on us for a few days. What to do? Irrigate. Everything. A lot. So we have been, and the veggies are growing like mad. It’s always exciting to leave one evening to return the next morning and see a noticeable difference in growth.

So what is at market this week? Well I’ll let these two cool guys tell ya:

• Baby Bok Choy
• Braising Mix
• Purple Sprouting Broccoli
• Carrots
• Rainbow Chard
• Green Garlic
• Red Russian Kale
• Dino Kale
• White Russian Kale
• Leeks
• Red Onions
• Yellow Onions
• Parsnips (The last of the last)
• Radishes
• Salad Mix

Oh yes, and Tomato Starts. We’ll be bringing all of the varieties that we’ve brought in past years: Sungold, Early Girl, Big Beef, Brandywine, Rose de Berne, Cherokee Prurple, Striped German, Green Zebra, Black Prince, Jubilee, Plum Lemon, Purple Russian, and Pruden’s Purple.
