What’s at Market? Week of July 18th

It's already approaching the end of July. Finally, we have some Tomatoes coming to market. We also picked the first few Japanese Eggplant today. Zucchini is starting to pile up in the cooler, garlic is hanging in the barn curing and fall crops are being transplanted out. Oh, and we harvested the first of the fingerling potatoes today. Russian Banana and French Fingerlings. Yep it must be July.

Here's what we'll have at market this week:

Tomatoes- Heirloom and Slicers
Arugula
Living Basil
Beets
Stir Fry Mix
Salad Mix
Cabbage
Carrots
Chard
Collards
Cucumbers
A few Eggplant, Striped Armenian Cukes, and Broccoli.
Garlic
Kale
Lettuce
Walla Walla Sweet Onions
Parsley- Flat and Curled
Strawberries (Finally starting to taste a little more normal- weird year for berries.)
Fingerling Potatoes
Zucchini

Lots to pick from. All very tasty!
