What’s at Market? Week of March 29th

March 30th, 2010 Posted in General Randomness
The rain looks as if it will continue on Tuesday for Ashland. As always, we will be there with plenty of fresh food, straight out of the fields and greenhouses.

We'll be starting Grants Pass this weekend. It will be great to get back and see all of our friends from that part of the valley.

We're really excited about the spinach we're bringing this week. First cutting and thick, lush leaves. Spring spinach can't be beat.

Hope to see you all there at market- either in Ashland or Grants Pass.

Here's the list of what we'll have:

Salad Mix
Spinach
Tatsoi bunches
Baby Bok Choy
Mustard Greens
White Russian Kale Bunches
Red Russian Kale,Green Kale,Collards – Loose
Overwintered Carrots
Yellow and Red Onions
Shallots
Leeks
Parsnips
Spring Florets (broccoli like tops)- awesome for stir frys.

Next week Dinosaur Kale is on it's way!

See you at Market
